Advance Unit Replacement Get peace of mind with Elo's optional Advance Unit Replacement warranty. In the event your device requires service, all you have to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal. If phone support doesn’t resolve the issue, we will ship you a replacement unit next business day.
How AUR Works 1. Request RMA Request an AUR replacement by submitting a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).
2. Replacement Unit Shipped Once the request is verified and an RMA number is issued, a replacement unit is shipped along with return instructions.
3. Return Defective Unit Follow the instructions to return the defective unit back to Elo within 15 business days.
