Dataram DRL3200RD8/16GB memory module 1 x 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz ECC

The DRL3200R upgrades are registered memory which conform to JEDEC's DDR4-3200, PC4-3200AA standard.

One EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect and a combination register/PLL, with Address and Command Parity is also used.

A thermal sensor accurately monitors the DIMM module and can prevent exceeding the maximum operating temperature of 85C.
